Short Bio

I build systems that match people.

I'm the co-founder and CTO of OneUpOneDown, an AI mentor-matching platform for women. Our technology pairs professional women into 1-on-1, near-peer mentorships in 170+ countries, and powers programmes for organisations and communities like Women in Tech Global.

I joined OneUpOneDown in 2019 to find a mentor. My mentor became my co-founder. That is the whole idea in one sentence: the right match changes a career.

Before tech, I was a landscape architect in Sofia. Then I moved to England, learned to design and code, and spent three years building products as a UI/UX designer and full-stack developer. I still think like an architect: structure first, details second, simplicity always.

  • Recommendation and matching algorithms designed for women's professional networks.
  • Scaling mentorship programmes for organisations through specialised industry pools.
  • Turning programme data into decisions L&D and DEI teams can act on.

Outside Work

Cai-Ching is my practice of opposites: calisthenics, boxing, Tai Chi and bodybuilding. Discipline in the kitchen, focus in the gym, and a baby who keeps me humble.
