When I accept myself, I can change

I think it is very important to capture the lesson at an early stage. When I’m in a difficult situation and everything is going down and there is no light in the tunnel — that is the moment. It is very important to be able to observe the situation, accept myself and do proper conclusions.
How do I observe a situation if I’m emotionally in it?
- Imagination.
I have to create a picture of myself, for example: I’m in a bubble — thick and slightly transparent bubble, not very big so I can only sit inside. Then I have to see another bubble next to the first one, and another me sitting inside. Next, I have to see a third bubble and then another one until I see a lot of bubbles with myself sitting in each one. Every bubble is a difficult situation from the past to the present moment and then I have to remember the lessons from every bubble and to understand why this happened and how this affected my life in a later stage.
The trick is to understand why this happens while I’m still in the bubble — while I’m struggling so badly and I want to struggle even more — I just see the future outcome and where I’m going. To see the negative situation and fell the positive lesson.
How this will affect my life later? What am I currently learning?
- If I figure out the lesson — write it down immediately!
